Amen Brother. Thanks for the info Dan, will be stopping by after bringing the youngest out to UNH in a few weeks (will call first), hope to see 'ya there - gonna pickup a few test bags of Platinum to see if they pass the "Boss" test: ( allergies to certain Pine content ), if she gives the then we're good-to-go .. Of course, if I hit the lottery - it'll be those beautiful Olympus DF bags getting loaded in the pellet hauler .. Buying Pellets is like buying Beer - it makes me happy ..
( Heavy to Pine ) ... Sigh. Thanks for the info Skeeter. Aw f#~! it, I'm gonna pickup a couple of bags anyway, and if it all goes South -, they'll make excellent ground cover for sleeping out in the Wood Shed.. 'cause that's where I'll be headed. * I'll just load them up when she's not home - it's better to ask forgiveness, than permission.
If it works. Ok but be very careful of . Sometimes, they don't need much of a reason for the opportunity.
You must have met my wife then Larry.. Seriously though, I wouldn't spring a new pellet on her that may potentially be bothersome without letting her know first - the pellets w/ pine content we've been burning to-date are all from Canada, so there's hope ! Or the Wood Shed !
Local HD had Stove Chow at $259 tonight. Not a great deal imo. I would like to see them at $219. Doggy
You would not know if there was a problem if you didn't try them... A lot of the issues with pellets, is from the bark, and not the heart. Better pellets do not use bark... Like the Platinums... I like your idea of getting a couple of bags. We do not always have opened pallets, but often do.. Some of the stuff only comes on 1.2 ton skids... and some people are insistent on 1 ton... So they have to be broken down.... a real PITA..... If for some reason there was problem with her allergies, you would not be out very much. Always a good idea to call Henry first... right now, deliveries are really picking up... he is out quite a bit... And if I knew you were coming, same for any members here, (TT!) I would try to be there to say "hi"... Thanks, Dan....
