I will say as responsible wood stove operators we need to know all the facts and deal with it accordingly.
Got it. I take it is has to do with wood-burning (even clean burning) negatively impacting the environment?
Wood burners may negativley impact the earth but not as much as what I see every day going by my house so ya I might be pizzed at you for posting what is suppose to be the facts....@ oldspark
You just dangled something in front of me and now I would really like to know what you read that we won't like...I got my big girl panties on so I can take it....What I was taking about in my reply was all the diesel belching big trucks going past my house every day....
Those diesel trucks are subject to some rather stringent regulations regarding particulates emissions. With even stricter ones coming down the pike. You're suggesting wood stove users should all be subject to the same stringent regulations ?
Nope just saying what I see every day going by my house and people should be squawking about that before they attack wood stoves...
That was not my intent what so ever, I keep getting static for what I have posted (all the way to the top) and its not worth it. My intent of the post was I am just going to stay out of it as the more I looked the less I liked. I do think it better for the people that are interested to do their own research, I am sure some of it has flaws but that would be for you to decide for yourself.
