We launched in the Bass river but will use other launches depending on target species/ report locations. Quicker and more fuel efficient to get the boat as close as possible.
Well, we were able to find live bait although kind small. Made the 25 mile run out to the Regalsword wreck. Had only one bite that cut the leader clean most likely a shark or possibly a big blue fish but I doubt it. From the chatter on the radio it sounded like we weren’t the only ones having a slow day. Then hit the Monomy rips on the way back to see if we could find some striper. Ended up catching a bout a dozen between the 4 of us only one making into the silly slot. 12 hours 117 miles on the boat. Great day we will be at it again shortly. Nice place. Ever launch at Harwichport, or not worth the extra travel? Saquatucket Harbor Ramp #684 - Salty Cape
Yep have used it, BR for the south side and Sesuit for the bay are prefers for mid cape as they are closest to where we stay so least amount of traffic getting home in the afternoon.
