You may very well be correct but I just had Troll correct me on this very issue. Crbine/Dex you are correct, I got what Troll said backwards, just looked again at his note.

What Carlton bar Dex? The Carlton shiney ones I had were made in Germany like the Laser Pro bars. Not ULTRA.

If there was another like you said I would just like to log in in my mind.

I stumbled across it on the Bay a couple days ago when I was ordering my Sugi. I was looking up Sugi's, Tsumura's, etc and found this one. It has Carlton and Tsumara stamped in it. Also shares the same tip as my Total.

The best factory packaging I have ever seen. Husqvarna just throws a saw in a box. They seem to make it o.k. :) And I have never seen a Stihl before it was opened.

Stihls come in pretty nice for the most part from what I have seen. There are ears on the inside of the box, that fold down to offer lateral support in shipping- but also press up against the crankcase to keep the saw from moving around. They seem to stay in place pretty well.

Yup, Stihls are shipped in boxes that are custom cut to hold the saw in place. Nothin touches the plastics on the saw. The boxes are friggin mega duty too. The backpack blower boxes are the best moving boxes you will ever find. I cut the chainsaw boxes (MS290/310/390) for parts bins.
