I have reduced venting until I had higher temp by maybe 5 or more degrees higher humidity and some condensation. I think I have found that sweet spot. For sure it is drying faster than just stacking and covering. The better temps are ending today and tomorrow it will be 65 degrees. The cooling trend is in the forecast for at least the next 10 days. I will probably end this experiment mid October and stack the wood closer to the house for the winter.
Have you checked the moisture content lately Bigkahuna427 ? Or is that going to be a grand reveal when you move the wood next month?
