next time try "notching" the tubing leaving the back connected, then fold the tubing, one less weld and I believe stronger and every thing stays lined up bettererererer........
I’ve got a cheap vise mount for fishmouth cuts somewhere but I don’t really do it often. The whole saw is what I use with it.
I can empathize with you on this. I've been working on getting a dishwasher installed, and figured out where we wanted the elec outlet and outlined the wall for the box. Dishwasher cord too short. Now it's time for Lasagna.
BTW.. not trying to imply that the 2 mistakes are equal, you will have more time and money vested in correcting your problem. I just need to figure out how to get the sharpie marks off without taking off the paint. Maybe I'll just put an outlet there anyway, and run some more wire for another outlet.
No offense taken what so ever! It happens to all of us You could put a longer cord on the dishwasher too. I didn’t have a choice with ours it was either screw the dishwasher upside down to the counter or make a longer cord. Sooo ya
LOL too funny! I replaced the old one with Bosch which required it to be hard wired.. Ended up adding a 4" square box in the cellar and splicing and feeding through floor into dishwasher.. Worked out well.. For some reason Bosch will void the warranty if it cord and plug connected..
Funny thing.. Been here over 30 years now.. First dishwasher hooked up on right, 2nd on left and 3rd had to be hardwired lol! Maybe next one will be hooked up on top lmao..
