    Well I went to the doc this morning and when I got home got started. I finished the shower and the remainder of the floor aside from 4 pieces by the tub. All in all pretty good I’d say!

    I’m on call so no more for this guy tonight.

    OMG, I am getting ready to do just this. As soon as I get the snowblower, the log splitter and the chainsaw ready, I'll be demoing our bathroom. Our bathroom is small, but I've decided to do a gut down to the studs, and remove the existing shower/tub enclosure. I'll be putting back a tub and tiling in the shower portion. When I get ready I'll take the gang along.

    Wow, I didn't know snow blowers and logsplitters were versatile enough to use for demoing bathrooms. The things you learn on this forum :whistle::D

    Well that was a pain but I finally got the weird angles done. The tile is complete I do believe!

    We picked up some very nice pricey grout:whistle: today with strengthening and water repellent agents in it already.

    I was going to by bagged with a bottle of additive for strength and water repellent but they didn’t have any of the grout we wanted in stock so they gave us the bagged price for the pro grade stuff. Weather or not it’s better I don’t really know as I haven’t done tile in years but it’s supposed to lay out butter smooth, stain resistant, water resistant and be very crack resistant. Considering we purchased it for the bagged price I’ll try the grout. :thumbs:

    I saw that stuff when I was making my stove pad. If I remember it was fairly pricey so got something else. Great that they gave it to you for the cheaper price!

    They sold it for $15.47 a box for two of the boxes that they didn’t have in bags.

    It was cheaper to buy all the grout in boxes after the discount even with two at full price. I’m not arguing that’s for sure! In fact I probably bought way to much lol.

    If it's ok for the woodland critters, and my dog, well that rock or tree seems to need a little "warmth" during these cold days.
    :eek::emb:

    Or cooled down in the summer.
    :whistle:

    Edit.. and no worries about the seat position.
