    You'd probably need to beef up the tie rods too!

    I get sore after a couple hours of plowing in 4x4 on my quad (with tires)...tracks have to wear you out.

    Mattracks has the large vehicle track market pretty well wrapped up. We've been talking about steering… there's that huge, heavy tractor and you can probably steer it with one finger… :mad:

    Loon, with those tracks on your tractor, you wouldn't have to rip down trees one at a time… you could just hook up a twitch and head on out… roots n all… o_O

    Somewhere on YouTube there's a vid of 2 Hummers drag racing on deep sand… one on big knobby tires… the other on Mattracks. Pretty funny, while the tires just instantly dig 4 holes and that Hummer bottoms out, the one on tracks is flying across the sand and then turns easily at the end…

    I worry about the tie rods now. When it's locked in 4x4 and the track are just below the top of hard crust… you're going straight ahead. I've learned how to deal with it, but yeah, it's a workout.
