Ahh memories. I had a YJ with the I-6 and 2.5" OldMan Emu suspension lift with 33 x 9.5 BFG's - loved her! Thanks to the liberal use of salt while we were living in SE Wisconsin the frame on her cracked... in three different places. o_O Square headlights and that 4.0 made it the best Jeep ever.

Yep and yep - gonna stick with the guy down the road, given the other prices mentioned we are robbing him. Added bonus he is an elk farmer and we get a great discount on elk meat. Gotta love country living!

Personaly I would stick with the ATV, add a wind sheild to keep snow out of your face. Also helps contain some of the engine heat in the operators area.

I know a guy with a Polaris 500 sportsman with a cab and a snow blower from a lawn tractor.
Cabelas did sell them maybe still do.

Now this is in keeping the cost down less that 200.00 for just a wind sheild. Might even add tire chains for the ATV or stud the tires like I did mine, but I don't plow with it.

Lot cheaper than any reliable plow truck/jeep and remove thre cab and plow for summer use.

You also can find used lawn tractor snow blowers cheap, add a HF 212 Predator engine to power it(99..00 with coupon) 119.00 with out a coupon.
Power window motors or power seat motors from a salvage yard maybe 25.00 each. Use to turn the chute and change the deflector angle.

    No double passes needed.

BTDT. That's exactly how we plowed snow at the bike dealership...FF helmet blocks wind/snow pretty well. The only issue is the faceshield fogging up...most of the time leaving it cracked open a bit cures that...some people use snowmobile helmets (heated shield) or my favorite was to smear a lil shaving cream on the shield once a month or so. Smear it on, polish it off...good to go, fog free...try it!
