Big bowl of clean fresh snow (Another 4 inches overnight, its 1 below zero with sunshine right now) 2 Tablespoons to 1/2 cup Half & Half or Whipping Cream 1 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup (better than cane sugar IMO) 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract You could also add chopped nuts, cherries, strawberries, plain or chocolate malted milk powder, shredded coconut, chocolate pieces or chocolate syrup....whatever you like. About 1 minute in blender, tastes pretty good.
