Then there's these surface discharge electrodes. No side electrodes.

Had a lot of fun hauling firewood with the snowmobile (2015 Polaris Indy Voyageur 155 track). Snowmobile, sled, and trailer have all been sold now.

My wife has never been on a sled, she’s not a fan of the cold. Pretty sure I wouldn’t be able to get her into the hobby.
My first RMK 800 155” we got no snow that winter, had to drive 4-5 hours north to ride. Didn’t put many miles on it that winter as even up North didn’t have great riding. By the time I got my next RMK built, we had good snow, but people were crazy with riding style. Someone offered me a stupid amount of cash for my sled and I took it, last time I saw it, it was heading to MA.

Since the thread is about snowblowers, I use one to clean the front yard, 800’ woods road, and wood yard. It’s a 54” blower on the front of our JD 2025R tractor.

You can blow snow with sleds. Lol

Wife used to ride her own sled when she moved here from out West. She preferred the flat slide carb equipped sleds, or the EFI ones due to the lower thumb tension on the throttle. She hated the triple round slide xcr600 we had her ride because the think pressure was a lot. She liked my xc600sp with the flat slides, but I hated her riding "my" sled. The indy500 EFI she liked, but it didn't ride as nice as my xcsp or the xcr. So I got a venture with the king/ queen 2 up seat. That was it. She loved that. I got her gauntlets for the factory heated grips the tunnel and running board heat exchangers heated her feet and the entire seat. She was all in. Then snow became a thing, or lack of it even up north 3.5 hours at the cabin.

Oh yeah, we derail the hell out of threads here, so at least we're talking snow related equipment.:D

I've never seen one used. A good friend of ours moved here from Chi Town...he had a Chevy Avalanche with snow blade mounted on it...he used it a little...to spread some sand around his yard... :rofl: ...it later became some interesting yard art...
And the Chevy was about to fall apart from the rust...

Up here it's sleds, blowers, tonic for pop/ soda. I don't get the grinder for sub but isn't a grinder mean they toasted it up in the pizza oven?

It took me a bit to assimilate to this part of the world after growing up in SE Ohio and spending 4 years in the Army in KY. Never saw a snow blower until we moved here, but I became a quick believer!
