They don't make the RS in .043 gauge. We have a MS180 that we converted. It came with 16" .043 bar. Changed to a 14" .050 bar, running 3/8LP full chisel chain. It is my favorite saw for smaller wood. That chain is the micro. 0112211055.jpg

Our 3 smallest saws are Echo 2511T, MS180 and Husky 55.
All 3 were used out of a basket/boom truck this weekend.

    Thanks for the input.
I guess for now I will just deal with the chain that came on there. It works but I am just not a big fan of it. My bar is still in good shape and have a couple spare chains so might just as well run it.

Pretty typical of those gen 2 rams in this state. Unfortunately.

Do they even use road salt in Tennessee? We sure use a lot here in Wisconsin. I know of a few Rams/ Dakota's/ Durango's from these years that had to be taken off the road due to too much rust. Our state doesn't even have inspections like they do out East that forces cars off the road that are not done here.

Hey! I'm a Dodge guy too. My dad's 93' Ram with a Cummins has 390 thousand miles on it.

Those are hard, elk hunting, firewood hoarding, high mountain pass - horse trailer hauling miles too.

They do, but just recently. I am from WV, so very familiar with road salt.......and how smooth the roads are when it snows:D
