Well "my talents" have pretty much ruined my body. Be careful what you wish for.

I'm using 316ss so I can weld the 316ss JIC-NPT adapters to it. Then like a shaft collar it will clamp to the loader crossmember. 20200121_195642.jpg
So I picked up the hoses yesterday.....I'm thinking I'll be able to sit by tomorrow.

It's a 2008 3005. Plain simple machine...a Yanmar in a Deere suit. Bought it new just before the messy bubble burst. I'm hoping to turn it into a multi generation type of family tractor. I've done a lot of prep work for that but that would be a long post.

20200123_174911.jpg 20200123_174817.jpg tonight's progress. Bled and pressure tested the de energized circuit, no leaks so far.
My daughter should be getting the last hoses made tomorrow. She'll be oh so happy.......
Tomorrow I will weld the fittings to the collar, it's just hand tight now so I could measure the hoses.

Can’t wait to see final pics and see you moving something with that grapple.

It's not always that clean !! I tend to be a bit OCD when I open up things like hydraulics. A little dirt inside goes a long way........

That looks really nice, Keith. I had looked at the kit that just breaks the curl function side with a diverter valve. I like the true 3rd function setup and grapple to go with it...maybe one day.

That is all I'm doing....splitting the curl. I just don't particularly care for generic kits.
