Yea It’s good to Start & let it run a while to keep the battery charged Blood tests? Doc say things getting better? You feel things getting better ?
You get much coals build up? I’m getting quite a bit with birch , burning hotter & needing higher BTU output
It has been very cold here also. 1 F. and getting colder. Big limb fell off the tree at the end of the driveway. I think it got hit yesterday by the delivery truck that brought my new generator. There are fresh marks on the bottom of the limb. Glad it didn't fall on a car or somebody. My son will get out the saw and cut it up so we can clear out the entrance to the driveway. Went to the doctor this Am for a knee injection. Helps with the pain. Stay warm, don't go out in this stuff unless you have to.
Have to conserve it, I have a lot more ash than I do that stuff but Got to pull out the good stuff when it gets down below zero
Nice Napoleon wood stove. I don't see a lot of talk about them on the FHC. Local Ontario company located just north of here. I have an older Napoleon at my cottage.
We had a regular temp of minus 22 this morning with a windchill of minus 42. They say the coldest windchill tonight will be minus 35.
The 1900p was my first house woodstove, and I've been very pleased with the performance of it. That's what I've used for the past 10 years, and we use it hard in the winter, all I've ever had to do to that stove is replace the firebrick once and the fiber baffles.
Were going to a party at blacksmith's cousins barn. We had one last year there too, had a blast. We'll be deep frying wings and fresh cut fries all evening. We'll have to get some pics of the monster woodstove he built and has in that barn. It's huge!!
