We had a high of 56 tonight with the rain stopping, with a very warm night and another warm day the ice from the driveway should be gone at the end of the day tomorrow.
Nothing in our area near flood stage yet but with the warm weather tonight & tomorrow that could change especially if we get heavy rains.
We have some flooding here. My yard. My driveway and the neighbors yard. Gotten a lotbetter since I have gotten home.
I hope you don't have any problems from that water . There is flooding around the area but I'm good here at my house , sump pump has been doing double time
I know why i'm getting all this rain here instead of snow . Just got one of these on Thursday Snow Joe 40-volt Cordless Snow Shovel, I did get to try it out a little ,works good, I think it will keep the deck cleared off just fine, I have a big deck
We had 55 this morning with the temp hitting 60, most of the ice on the driveway is gone but in the woods on the south side of the house we still have a bunch of ice on the trails. The Brook is wide open with the water levels not real high so that is good. Our last fire was yesterday in the morning with our next planned for tonight when the colder weather returns.
Will do , I was surprised it chewed through the 5" of settled ,crusty snow , not super fast though . I will see if or when I get some fresh snow
We're at 35 heading down to 17 so we've had a small fire going in the Liberty until we start the overnight fire. We have some soft maple going at the moment with a mixture of soft & hard going in tonight.
We'll be having some single digit nights before February is over but with March moving in hopefully not many.
