I found a good deal on the Simpson Rope Winch. Previous owner had purchased this several years ago and never used it except once a couple of years back for about 10 minutes of run time. He then drained the fuel and put it back on the shelf.
The oil looked pristine so I tend to believe him.
I put fuel in it after I got home and the little Honda motor coughed on the second pull with the choke and then one pull without the choke and it was purring.
Lighter weight than my PCW 5000, but I think it will be capable for some lighter log pulls on the homestead.
