stove.jpg Nothing fancy, NC30, bookshelves get filled( more than enough distance away) for a little extra drying boost. Need to do something to dress it up a bit.

Oldhippie, yep, that is a beautiful hearth.......but it's not mine.
    That one belongs to Dutch.
When he posted the pic, it was sideways, so I merely reposted it for him with a slight correction.

Ooooh, Dave, show 'em the chute...show 'em the chute!

Yeah.. the only room my wife doesn't have permission to be in is the one with the Harley and the Honda and Ariens in it. :) But she can come in all the other rooms. I do the laundry too, since the poor woman has to go to work. Being retired I learned how to do the 7 different types of washes she does, based on some combination of tags on the clothes that a nuclear physicist would struggle with.

I listen to a lot of vinyl.. I can't seem to stop buying all the albums I wasn't rich enough to buy when they first came out. I guess it's more of a appreciation for the beautiful equipment of that era than much better sound, but I'll say this.. the albums never sounded as good back then as they do today.

This will be my first winter with the Fireview and I am really looking forward to some great days "hangin' round the shanty and getting a good buzz on", even though the buzz will be from French Roast coffee. :)

Love that set up B. Dave. The chute is a great idea, although it looks like you won't have to reload that BK 'till next season!

Hi Mike - great set up. Is that inlaid ceramic tile under the F600? Just wondering if the tile also serves as a hearth.
    Oops..meant MikefromMaine
