    we crossed paths at the right moment in life and 18 years later were still together...lol...

    I've known her since we were kids, but she's several years younger than me.....

    Here's my humble little dump of a stove room. My little 13NC heats my whole (not open designed) ranch nicely in temps down to 0*F. Last year she struggled to keep up..........but it wasn't the stove......................twas the lay out of my house....................not an open design IMG_0249.jpg IMG_0252.jpg . Anyhow, here are my pix................a dog or two may be in them.

    Beautiful. How do you keep the house so clean especially w dogs? Also, any concerns on heat from the stove on the mounts? There is some hair falling off one of my husbands and can't but wonder if the woodstove?

    Yeah, back '98 in Alaska. Ever get the chance to go up there.....................do it!!!



    The pix make it look way more "clean" than it is!!!! Twas hoping y'all wouldn't see the dust bunnies and cob webs hanging from my mounts!!!

    I'm really surprised not to see any masonry stoves (my uncle calls them Russian stoves) as well as soap stone masonry heaters. I wish had a house to put either of them in.
