Unless they are elderly, or disabled, they could toss a lot of it back into the brush. Should be easy work lobbing punk chunks into the understory.
There are some unreal posts in my neck of the woods --> people on FBMP offering "free firewood" adding "must take it all" and attaching a picture of fully mature trees still standing.
