Shortening up cycle time on a splitter.

    A block of hardwood with a couple rods through to keep it from breaking would work. Cut a groove in the face if you want.

    Having a rod extension made would be pretty straightforward. And removable.

    then the pusher would jam into the foot.

    I've found that stock, the wedge doesn't go all the way to the foot on H/ V splitters. You'd need to make it just take up that gap
