    Bring a electric grinder in the woods ? Filing BTW won't "burn" the chain.

    Knowing how to grind won't burn chains either. But in your case of being on the itty bitty bar committee you have maybe what 5 teeth to file so filing may work out faster.

    Does this 12" bar qualify for that committee? Ill admit im a secretary. Been freehand filing for years now. Used a guide for years until chains started having witness marks. My eye is pretty good for the angle...if i remember to have my readers with me! IMG_2902.JPG
