I'm going to give this one a try. (the one for $146 and bonus battery and accessories). Thinking about it, I spend alot of energy chasing and moving and untangling the cords while vacuuming, hoping this will work better since I can pick up and go without a cord.

It arrived today, ran it a bit on the 20% battery charge it came with, I Really Like It so far!!

It's 9.9lbs, so heavier than the Rocket, but the weight is bottom and rests on the brush roller base, way easier for me to use and navigate than the top heavy Rocket.

Losing a little love for this vacuum. Its GREAT because it's light, I don't have fight dragging around a cord, and it steers really easy for me. Drawbacks, not as much suction, nonexistent "edge cleaning", but mostly, is the brush roller. Has anyone owned a Roomba? Same brush roller assy, pretty weak for an upright- Also, long human hair is new to me, lil one.... it binds up the roller, than intertwines pet hair into it, and I have to get the scissors out often. We shall see.

I have a shark navigator and it works just fine. What I hate about it, and any of these new vacuums is the lack of a bag. I don’t care how many darn filters these stupid things have, what happens the second you open up these things to empty them? You have a dust explosion. Seems counter-intuitive to me. They do work good, but so did the any of the traditional canister with bag vacuums I had prior.

Yeah, I thought the bagless I got years ago was the bees knees until about the 3rd time I had to empty it. had to take it outside in the middle of winter to empty so dust didn't end up back in the house - not cool (or actually, too cold!). Got a Shark after that and I wasn't enamored and it broke after less than 2 years (this was back in early 2000's though)

Except for those detours, I've owned nothing but cannister Kenmores. The latest one is probably 10+ y/o. I also got the attachment that allows just the use of the wand/sweeper head for small jobs (got it for free as a special year end deal). Don't use that part much since it is bagless but I have used it a couple of times an it works well.
