No power about everywhere in the state. I’m 45 minutes west of Ellsworth, lost power at 2 am. Got a good foot of white chit. It’s a mess out there with trees down, broken off halfway up, big limbs broken off. Front end loader was pushing everything out of the road so it could be plowed on he other side of town here. Reminds me of 1998 a lot just much less destruction.

    Best of luck to you.

Hope the power comes back. Before sundown would be nice.

We are all set, running off the generator. Snowing hard again for the past hour here. We built this house in 2000 and the ice storm was fresh memory. Wired the house so generator ran a large circuit of lights and outlets throughout the house. Fridge water pump freezer and heat all dedicated circuits. Could watch tv if the internet wasn’t down.

I’m still burning gas. Seems the other side of route 2 has power a couple miles from me.

Big winds and possibly 1.5 inches of rain in the forecast for tomorrow.

I did a yard walk around this morning, to put anything away that could fly.

I also took a surplus of compost, mixed some wood ashes into it and broadcasted it on a couple areas of the lawn. Also scattered some Hollytone around some blueberry plants and azealas. Let the rain all soak it in. More rain forecasted for later in the week.

That's brown water. Newly spread gravel, next door, being moved down hill.
    IMG_20200628_173421426.jpg

And some hail. Much bigger just a few towns away.

We need rain bad, but preferably a good soaking. We've had only short showers the past 2 days.

Lightning bolts incoming as i type!

We're making up for a dry few months, in one shot. Down about 5.5 inches for the year. Putting a bite in that.

Been watching it. All skirting south of the pike.
We had a nice shower around 3:30, but been nearly dry since.
