http://mema.mapsonline.net/public.html The Cape is a little harder hit this time than the 2 March storm. Power keeps going out here but only for a few seconds. Electric clock reads 3:26, phone says 3:32 I haven't measured but I've shoveled the steps a few times and we might have 9 inches at most. Wet sloppy heavy goop. Gonna try the new snowshoes later but I dunno about this slop.
And yes... That is still the branch on the garage roof from last week. Sent from my XT1030 using Tapatalk
Latest satellite image shows the center of this storm 450 miles out at sea. Amazing how far reaching it is. Red "L" shows the center. The heavy snow band is moving through now, slowly working to the coast. System looks to be breaking up finally. I think a few more hours of accumulation to go.
Yeah the wind has stopped here and there is just very light snow. I'm not plowing out until in the morning though. It's fairly quiet. I'm not even hearing snowblowers.
Just finished snowblowing the 120' driveway. There is a lot of snow out there. I'll be doing more in the morning. Sent from my SM-T280 using Tapatalk
Similar to a couple years ago i remember. Well after week after week. Got 12" here so far. Plowed once, will likely again tomorrow morning. I think we'll see 16" by the time it's said & done The big plow truck went off the road and nearly tipped over nearby. He called in the skidder to get him out.
We are at about 18" Ha, I doubt fake news Dave. The were dead on the last three storms. The totals are hard to predict with snow bands off the ocean.
This was taken an hour ago. Still coming down strong- probably about 14" thus far. Picture gives no justice. The trees are packed full.
Yeah, the fall and spring of the year must be hard to predict with the potential for such quick changes. What starts out as a nice day can end up with high winds, snow up to yer crotch, and power outages!
