    I'm seeing gust at 46 for our area out of the west on Tuesday, if we get 3 to 5 of the rain we should have more trees down.

    Im NE about a half hours drive from Lincoln on your map. Only a half inch of rain so far. The ground is saturated from our nearly 5" a couple days ago.

    We had some crazy winds last night. Woke me up just after midnight, then again around 230 till roughly 4am. Damage is minimal, lots of topped trees and trees laying in power lines. We had no power most of the night, but turned on this morning. Lots of schools closed. My boss sent me this pic of his wife's uncle next door to him.

    Yea....... winds picking up for an hour now, i guess the other half of the storm. Winds gusting 40mph. I may need to reposition the weather station again. These high gusts never got recorded.
