About 530 pm the water was out of the ditch going over the foot of my driveway.

They're forecasting just over half an inch of rain tomorrow with some possible high winds, below is from AccuWeather.

Mostly cloudy with a couple of heavy thunderstorms, especially late; thunderstorms can bring localized damaging wind gusts

Yes and it’s still bloody raining
Ground can’t take anymore and water puddles everywhere breed mosquitoes
I must be :BrianK: Complaining about the weather

We are about to get clobbered shortly with a line of really strong T Storms and hail in front of a cold front moving to the south east.

I saw that on the radar while I was making some spaghetti sauce for later on (going in the freezer), so far it has stayed north of the St. Lawrence River.

It's happening all over with the heavy rains everyone is getting, I watched our local news out of Watertown NY, they did that and some people that were going to fish in Dexter NY saw raw sewage floating by so that ended that fishing trip.

In 45 minutes we received 16 mm or 0.63 of an inch of rain, some of the heavier rains stayed northwest of us.

Some heavier rains moved in at 5:45.

Tomorrow we get a day without rain and then all bets are off. :headbang: It's the wettest summer I can recall, maybe I should make a few more snow storage areas!

I must be living in the sweet spot because the bulk of this year's storms are either skirting north or south of me. It's been an almost perfect summer precipitation wise. Guess that means I'm going to pay for it with a hurricane :picard:

Hopefully any hurricanes won't hit you.

We could hear the thunder in Vermont tonight, did certain areas get hit with heavy rains after supper?

The wet and wild weather continues, I did see one picture on TV on Accu that had most of NYS in the red.
