    Bedford, NH sent some swift water rescue personnel to VT

    I can't find any shareable video of the Contoocook river bridge that is 3-4 blocks from me. It is not the highest I've ever seen, but it is very high and raging at 12.4' (minor flood stage). Last nights news also said that a lot of places in the state have picked up 4 months of precipitation in a month.

    No, as far as I know. My Buddy at the bottom of the hill, (you pass his place coming up on the right), the guy with all the $#!T in his yard, I spoke with him on the phone this morning and he said it was just under about 2ft. That's not much clearance. o_O I had a limb down, he's gonna move. I have a little washout at the base of the driveway, he said is not big deal and he's gonna rake it in with his backhoe.

    Amazing to see all the damage. I said to my wife: “It was two years since the last flood. I guess we are going to have a bi-annual 100 year flood going forward” Wild weather. All the best to those who had homes, businesses and property damage.

    This has been a wet June with another inch plus of rain forecast tomorrow, the rain gauge is empty so we'll see how close they come. We might get some hail, high wind gust and a possible tornado, this is from AccuWeather.

    Cloudy, a couple of showers and t-storms; storms can bring flooding downpours, hail, damaging wind gusts, and an isolated tornado :picard:

    We received just under a quarter inch, it started raining late last night and this morning it was coming down pretty good but the suns out at the moment which is nice.

    We keep checking the cams up there. It’s been dry and sunny which is good. Just have to see what later tonight and the weekend brings. I’m sure we’ll be watching the radar closely.

    We had some heavy rains from the last system that moved through, it darkened up pretty good before the storm hit so I thought we might be in for some high winds but we didn't get them so that is good.

    Before that last two rains came through we had just under a quarter of an inch, I just checked our rain gauge and we have a little over half an inch of rain.
