I’m sorry to say that I didn’t get near the amount of pictures taken to share with you. I was selling cotton candy in the tin shack I made. And once I spun and sold the first cone at around 3:30, I didn’t get a chance to stop until about 7:10. I had a line of customers (kids) the whole time. I had the stepson manning the fire pits. He was a good bit more conservative than I usually am. So there was plenty of wood left over in the pickup. But, the talk seems to indicate that the event was a good success and probably a little bit better attended than last year. Santa’s reindeer were there for the kids to see and pet. Smokey bear was there saying hello. This year Santa rode in on a horse drawn wagon. When Santa wasn’t riding it you could take a hayride around town a bit. The lumber yard was doing customer appreciation with s’mores on the fire, snack trays and adult beverages inside. Again I apologize for the lack of pictures but it’s hard to be in 3 places at once. The cotton candy was a huge hit. I thought I got a picture of the hayride but I guess not
You doing 3 jobs man; you need a professional photographer to help.. May I suggest you contact Eric VW Great beginning of a tradition
Those are great pictures. Looks like a great time was had by all. And your stand was a success. Our Christmas festival, Light up Deepstep, is tomorrow. Rain is forecast...... Here was our little town 2 years ago...
Another successful event. Glad the weather was good. First firewood now cotton candy. Turning into a profitable event for you.
Nice job Sandhillbilly I'm sure you're making memories that will last a lifetime. Sounds like the cotton candy was a big hit.
Ha ha- love it. Great mash-up!!!! After living in the somewhat-south of southwest VA, it may be possible that my blood doesn’t hold heat the way it used to… or I’m just getting older!
