    Lol he doesn't drink till after he is done with the saw. Then it is gloves off. Lol he has an 18" bar and he uses that to measure his cut length. Works pretty good.

    it likely has the same etymological source(s) as the word cord being the (possibly standardized or commonly used )length of rope (cord) that was used to bind bundles of firewood many moons ago. Bush can mean forest so maybe forest cord to differentiate from ship cordage/hanks of rope.
