The kids get all my change these days and I make them put it in the bank after a while. Trying to make it good for them as they get older. They get all the scrap money also. They won't pass a can without at least trying to pick it up. I usually try to get it before them in case there's anything in it. I figure hey its free money.
Also used to use scrapping to supplement my income when I ran equipment and did not always make 40 hrs a week.
Taking a break from loading up the truck, heard that the dump takes all kinds of appliances including TVs and computer monitors. Well, threw about 8 of them on! Also forgot I had four 125 lb manhole covers (with holes drilled in the center) that I used to use for deadlifting.
