    Good score Sub

I took a hayride at HD today just so i could see what they had for pellets out back.....no Blazers but they had Heatr's, any good? I didn't buy any since I think it would be a good idea to use the pellets that are in my Jeep before I strap more to my roof.......

I got my fat butt up to HD and was able to switch out my upcoming delivery of four tons of fire sides to 4 tons of blazers. Thanks for the heads up.

Regarding those Heat'rs (such a dumb name, it's very hard to search on due to the apostrophe) - I was at HD in Oxford last night to pick up some FSUs, and apparently they also have Heat'rs right now. The folks there tried telling me that the Heat'rs are getting better reviews and are more popular with their customers than the FSUs. Thoughts on that? Anyone who has burned both? I wasn't able to dig up much info on the Heat'rs but the few sentiments I did find were all positive. A few folks indicated that they are a softwood, or at least enough of a blend that they have the smell of pine, Will is that consistent with your experience so far?

Yeah , I think they are a soft wood or a blend and they smell different from anything else I've burned.

For the past month, I have been calling them once or twice a week trying to get my hands on some FSUs. Not because I like to, but because that's what they tell you to do - just keep calling! Anyway, I know they have them, but they won't put any out on the floor. They only have an open pallet of Nation's Choice sitting out. So Friday, I had to go to the Market Basket next door, and figured I would give it one last shot. I called and made a big stink on the phone, telling them I was tired of getting the runaround, so they got a supervisor involved, who agreed to open a pallet of FSUs. By the time I got over there, the pallet was sitting right there near the Pro Desk as soon as you walk in, and they had already loaded 5 bags of them into a carriage for me. I will be writing a kind review for the associate who helped pull this off for me.

Yesterday they had half a pallet of each of the FSU and Nations Choice at the pro desk when I went.
Nice to hear they hooked you up!

Those FSUs are the same ones they brought out for me on Friday night, guaranteed. Too funny!

First bag of heat'rs just went in the hopper. I have to tell you, I am LOVING the smell of these things. Pine for sure, but I think there is some other softwood mixed in there with it, not quite sure what it is. They are dark in color. I hope they burn as good as they smell!!! If so, this little piggy may just have to go get some more!
