Rifle season opens this weekend, here’s a few pics from last weekend with the muzzleloader. A cool front came through Saturday and had them on their feet. Shot the larger one as he was chasing a doe. I heard him crash about 50yds behind me in the woods so I climbed down and reloaded. Found him quickly and drug him back to the base of my stand. I was catching my breath for a minute and looked up and this one was trotting straight to me (Looking for the doe that had come through just a few minutes before I’m guessing). He came to a stop about 25’ away and looked at the dead deer and then looked at me. He turned to leave but I was a tad faster than he was. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
