    First try at converting round to square. Turned out alright.

    First cuts with my “new” 041. 3/8 semi chisel. First cut was a bit fat running. Im going to put a 20” bar on it, the 16 is a bit funny looking.

    Just like old saws 041 was my first stihl cut a lot of wood with it traded it in on a 076av many years ago

    My Dad has one that’s been in the family since it was new. It’s one of the very first 041’s! This one is a few years newer.
    Is there anyway to tell the build dates on them?

    Shaun Carr ported that one. I’m not sure if Dan still does saws or not. If you were serious about it, I could ask around and see. He’s in McClure Pa. I rode up on my motorcycle to save shipping.

    I'd like to have my 7910 done at some point. Right now I need to finish saving for the built 4r100 for my f350 so no saw money.
