    Didn't you do a test & PS3 was the fastest ?
Maybe it was someone else, but pretty sure PS3 was fast, beat out some other chains

Didn't test PS in that one. PS3 killed .325 and 3/8 std on a stock MS261C-M in that one. One day when I get a little time, we's a gunna have a little re-match now that my 261 has some extra bananas in it.

Last year Husqvarna announced they were going to be making their own chain.
Anayone hear if that happen yet?
Oregon was making their bars & chain, may they still are.

Not being a cookie-cutter, once a few loops of LGX are used up, my chains will be spun from a reel of WoodlandPro 30SC (semi-chisel). That chain lets me get more useful work done over a 4-hr period or longer. Gives me the option ferinstance to hit each cutter a single lick every second or third fillup, on my sched. Last thing I ever want to do with a chainsaw is to get into a dead rush- I hate ERs. :loco:

Around me, Stihl dealers seem to think their chains are made of unobtanium and price them accordingly, about twice what I can get Oregon or WoodlandPro for. Even better, breaker & spinner and a 100' reel.

Finally got to start organizing the cutting equipment.
couple chains in bags with oily rag, labels on the bags not right.
Figured they were the dull older ones I swapped out.
One was a 53 DL, PS3 that was supposed to be a 52 DL, 14" . Ran out of adjustment after a few uses.
Took it by the Stihl shop, they pulled a link.

The chain on the saw is a LPX. Prior post I said it was LGX. So I did the LPX test this year.:
LPX is easier to find here. Most Oregon dealers have it over the LGX (Not sure why, safety chain maybe)
Will hit it with a file, drain the fuel, stow away for a while.
If LGX is better , it's gonna be awesome chain.

Swapped LPX for the LGX below
