Salsa... First canning round...

    I kinda wing it. I'm not much of a recipe guy...but here's the gist.

    10lbs tomatoes peeled and seeded
    2-3 green peppers
    1 onion
    2-3 jalapeƱos seeds and all
    5 cloves garlic
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp cumin
    1 cup ACV
    1 TBS salt
    Fresh herbs from the garden...whatever sounds good.

    Simmer 20 minutes...hot water bath 15. Makes about 7 or 8 pints.
