I know of 2 Fahrenheit furnaces. One new for $3k and a used one for 2k.

That Harman would be my choice though. Very large distribution blower, nice size hopper, and more BTU's.

Airflow issues, components, lack of adjustment, no ignitor, etc, etc. .

Same with the USSC unit. Better to buy a newer model with more adjustment and auto ignitor.
Excluding the Caddy Alterna (pricey :)) this would be my current list and in this order. The Revolution I think has 1,000 CFM distribution blower and it has 20,000-25,000 more BTU. Not that I really need it (Never needed to run my furnace on level 5).

    1.) Harman PF-100 (105,000 BTU)
2.) St. Croix Revolution (70,000 BTU)
    3.) Fahrenheit Endurance 50F (50,000)
    4.) St. Croix SCF-050 (50,000)

I am a production floor manager so I don't travel much for work just to the hardware store things like that. If I do need to be gone for some reason the wife is around because she works for a hospital. She literally can't miss time..... We really aren't gone much in the winter. If it ever happens we have lots of friends and family near by who will gladly drop in and fill the hopper.

Here's a Traeger GBU-070 used unit on eBay......includes 1 ton of Greenway pellets. Free shipping to trucking terminal near you.

You Traeger owners take a look at the pics to try to assess the year & condition. Current bid is $1490 (no bids so far), and Buy It Now price of $1950. Owner says it needs "cleaning and work", but otherwise "ready to use":

Neighbor's furnace chit the bed last Sept. and have been using FS pellet stove as only heat for 1st and 2nd floor. They are going away for 10 days later this month. I am going by daily to feed the dogs in AM and also feed the stove. Someone else is taking evening duty.
