It was a Beta version of the Woodstock Ideal Steel prior to the model being introduced to the public. It wouldn't do that for an extended period. I would get a rip roaring fire going then decrease the air till only the secondary air secondary flames would combine with the rolling secondary flames ignited by the catalytic combustor. Needless to say, I spent an inordinate amount of time playing and experimenting with that Beta model. At the end of the season it went back to Woodstock and I bought a new Ideal Steel when the production models became available. I've since moved and have no where to use it, so I gave it to my brother TurboDiesel and he's enjoying it now.
They can, but only for a couple minutes at a time if you know how to make it do it. TurboDiesel have you seen it do what I showed in the last video?
I think I'm starting to get into the grove with you pro burners. LOL. Perfect secondaries burning 14" lodgepole pine in my Englander NC30
Nice! I don’t think it’s a matter of being “pro” - anything, so much as a simple obsession with fire and too much time on our hands with a smart phone!
Might want to seal up that wind leak that blew that over....... or make sure the squirrels are out so the dog doesn't tip it over next time!
