Rib Eye on the Pellet Grill

    Went to Costco and bought 3 "Prime Grade" rib eyes, cooked one of them up tonight on the GMG pellet grill.

    I know it looks really red and bloody in the pics but it was actually a perfect medium, pulled it at 135IT and foiled for 5 minutes

    And when I went to get the sour cream out of the fridge it was bad (spoiled) so i did with out, just salt pepper and butter on a nuked spud

    Wow, looks yummy ! The local grocery store here changed owners and had a grand opening last week. They had whole Rib Eyes on sale for $4.49 a pound:bug:, picked up a 13 pounder and cut it into steaks for the freezer. Grilled one last night for dinner, it was perfect !
