Northern Research Station Scientists are hoping to renew the presence of a once prevalent tree. Saw a story on News Nation broadcast, and did some more internet searching. They of course wanted a balance and some lady was carrying on that it was tampering with the ecosystem as if mutant mushroom people would be created.
Sounds promising. I might be in the twilight years of my life by the time these trees are well-established in our forests again, but I still look forward to seeing this someday.
