Chaz...at least that guy ain't your brother in law...yet.... Sorry...just joking...couldn't resist. There's always one in every family...so how did I wind up with four in mine
Sounds like a little more than a long talk is in order for that one.... First step...no more loaning? Or maybe work off all the damages repair bills?
Nope.. no talking required. Talking has been tried.. doesn't stick. As long as they stay away.. no further action is required. Chaz
Guess you hit a bigger "jackpot" than I. No issues man.. I hear it from a co-worker often. Actually, now that their son is 3 years old, he's actually talking about marriage. I WILL keep the peace, as that is the one thing that my parents asked of me. (They passed in 2011) I WILL not like it.. but such is life. I've gotta admit.. over the years he has improved.. has actually kept a job since my parents passed. Guess that's because sisters "income" went away. They did some serious drugs (pills and needle crap), and I refused to even let them stay until they proved they cleaned up their act. I may have family loyalty, but I am not the welfare wagon. But yeah, loaning of equipment is out of the picture completely. He borrowed the trailer to pick up his lawn mower from the repair shop. Came back late at night in the dark. I never noticed till walking the dog the next day. Biggest issue.. guy wouldn't know the truth if it bit him in the a$$. He's got more excuses than a NYC phone book has Smith's. Whatta waste. Chaz
... "that's the way it was when I borrowed it"... some people just can't use their head...sorry about all that.
