add a pressure relief device - just like a water tank.
It's unlikely the failure would be catastrophic weld seam failure anyways, pin hole or split yeah. Just have the tanks secured to a wall with strapping so they don't decide to fly around;)
I've been in close proximity to a 1600psi 1100F steam drum door letting go - and yeah that is where you don't want to be

Just judging by the exterior, I'd not have a problem with running them up to 100- 125 psi. Welds are good, no exterior corrosion anywhere. Interior may be a completely different story. Keep you posted when I tear into one.

I am thinking of making a small forge with mine. Cut the bottom 1/4 or so off and it already has a stand and pipe for air inlet.

Is the inside of these tanks galvanized or coated with some kind of anti corrosion material. If so I would be carful about cooking food with them.

I don't know if they are galvanized but mine had a lot of corrosion in it. Haven't cut it open yet to see. One of those projects that doesn't take precident.
