    Not completely sure but it has something to do with at that point any molecule of water comes out of suspension in air if it makes contact with a solid object. So frost gets much heavier I think. I'm not a weather reporter so I can only say its colder than xxxx outside!

    yeah at 20 below there no moisture in the air and your moisture in your breath freezes on exhale. .. basically it about nuts you will dehydrate quickly!

    Unreal.....

    Meanwhile, here in Seattle, PA (sarcasm intended) it's almost 50° and RAINING. AGAIN.
