My son is into the electric crawlers and drift cars. He brought his crawler over this past weekend and although I prefer speed and some noise I will say it was really cool. Looks like he might be going 1/5 scale as well. He was looking into the Losi DBXL ,
We have a channel connecting Muskegon lake to lake Michigan. It's bordered by big rocks on both sides. Its so enjoyable to go down there with the cool lake breeze, relax, crawl, watch boats and other scenery...lol This is why I'm patiently waiting on a 1/6 scale rock buggy like my 1/10 scale. Most of the rocks and crevasses are to big for the small crawlers. We were able to chalk out a course that was, maybe 100 ft long, but we couldn't go beyond as the rocks got bigger. These were taken several years ago. Probably 20 years ago.
