    So I figure the story starts something like this....Back in the in the 60's I was held captive by the Viet Cong and deprived of food for months, one day they threw in a jug of cottage cheese and a bottle of siracha....

    I don’t know how any of us can concentrate on anything else right now. I couldn’t even go to work today. Cash seemed like someone with integrity, a family man with a strong work ethic. Someone you can count on to make safe, smart decisions. Man, you think you know a guy. What else am I wrong about? What in life can we trust anymore? Are birds real? Do my kids actually go to school every day when the bus takes them away? Sigh…

    "Pink stuff" has been a staple at family gatherings since I was young. Strawberry jello, cool whip, crushed pineapple, cottage cheese and if you want to get fancy, some diced walnuts. Beat together, chill, serve.


    I've done hot sawse in cottage cheese before. Not bad. I like Daisy brand so much that I don't need anything in it. I have about a half cup every day as dessert at lunch.

    Plain cottage cheese with a little bit of salt and pepper works for me. RCBS My wife makes something similar but uses vanilla pudding instead of jello.

    Douglas Fir is roasting the wife and I out of the living room right now.

    Nice pic Cash Larue. As for cottage cheese, I don't like it. But I try it once and awhile to see if my tastes have changed.
    We'll all be seeing more cottage cheese soon, as this is the beginning of cottage cheese season when folks start wearing short shorts and shouldn't be!

Got busy watching the helicopter formation maneuvers maybe 75’ off the water closely following the contour of the coast line maybe 50 yards out.
