Considering it was raining all day I had to find something to do so what else do you do but start checking things off of your wife's to do list. I built a shoe cubby, engraved and address sign on a piece of stone, and painted the basement stairwell. Now I just need to carve a tree stump to sit the address sign in.
You guts gotta quit posting all the great things you do, it makes us lazy guys look bad Very nice work.
Darn, you are so full of energy. I didn't manage to go outside today. Did think about it, got tired and sat back down.
I just had a chance to finish cutting the lawns and it started pouring rain. Was going to seal the driveway today too, but the weather said rain at 8PM, and sure enough... it was actually correct for once.
I used a Dremel with a diamond grinding wheel. I first made a stencil and traced it on then outlined everything and filled it in.
my rainy day project should be cleaning the sewing room out but instead I could sit for hours doing genealogy research and surfing FHC website.
Coat hangers in the making..... ripped down, routered the edges, sanded, and stained. Hopefully they will get poly tomorrow and then the hardware.
Nice job. How long are those? I did that using wood pegs when we moved in here. Managed to get one done and on one of 2 walls where there was room, before my wife took over. Didn't even bother putting the pegs in the 2nd one.......yet.
They are 60". One them will hang over the shoe storage for coats and the other one will go downstairs at the basement door for hanging my hunting coats and gear on.
