    Scotty, this does not surprise me. We spend 2 winters in northern Indiana back in the late 60's and with one exception that is what happened all the time there. We hated it. The one exception was once when we got over a foot of snow. Those poor folks don't know what to do with 3 or 4" so you can imagine what it was like with over a foot of snow.
