Rain barrel project

    Good point....I think I will find an old piece and chip it down to the size of the 4x4 so it doesn't affect the area loaded and I can still do my experiment. Oh cripes I really am a nerd aren't I? Wait, you don't have to answer that :)

    Nice work, schlot. Looks nicer than mine. :yes: I set up 3 pairs of barrels 4 years ago and only use the water faucet a couple of times a year to wet down my compost pile. I got all six barrels brand new for $29 each from a container manufacturer in Houston because they had color blemishes. It's nice to use rainwater for the garden, and it's free!
