Ok. Thanks ! That is most of what I weld . The old Hobart only works with 6011 and 6013 rod so far. Impossible to run a bead with 7018. Even with those 2 rods I have to run them pretty Hot to strike a reliable arc. It would be nice to Not have to get a 9 or 10 kw generator yet. My Honda EG 3500 is old but reliable. Most of our electricity at the homestead I use the EU2200i for. But some things it's not big enough for. Like running my insulation blower or the double hot dog compressor. Even tho the paper work says it should start it. A wire feed would be nice !
...And a couple more today! It feels like persistence and patience in finding these is finally paying off!
