Well, it does seem to present some real challenges for sure...you may be better off knocking it down and starting over.
The tiny size of the stove you ordered will cause some real challenges in venting no matter how you do it...to do proper/safely anyways.
IMO you'd be better of with a small standard stove...something that uses a 6" stovepipe. Much cheaper and easier to find the stove to hook up and vent.
You might be able to make that chimney work with a liner, but still need to have a cleanout somehow...

The advice given here so far is very good. No one is going to give you a nod on an install that is not safe, or does not meet manufacturers specs. Have an installer inspect what you have and ask for recommendations on the safest install.

There are propane stoves that look like wood stoves and even have blowers to move heat around. Some have close to combustible clearances too.

If leaning towards wood heat, the short chimney height has been brought up several times that you may struggle with getting a good draft. Every 90 degree connection slows the flue gasses and it is basically like reducing the chimney height.

A pro visit should be done first to make sure the chimney is even safe and then lots of reading on various wood and gas stove sites to better understand options.

Where you at in FL? That setup appears to be designed for LP. Everything that's been recommended is correct. Guessing that finding a solid fuel installer or sweep to help inspect/advise may be challenging in your neck of the woods? Might be easier to go with LP or even a electric heater for now to fend off your chill. Guess I better check the forecast. Heading your way the 1st. Better be warm!
