I have the harbor freight propane torch. It got left out in the rain, and now its all clogged. It lights, but the gas comes out real slow, making a weak flame. Is there any way to clean it out, get it going again? i'm reading to boil it water 10 minutes, scrape it with wire, hold another torch flame on it. My former plumber brother says just get a new one. Any ideas?

More likely a spider web inside.
My Bernzomatic has done the same after leaving it out during summer months by the grill.
the mixing torch tip should screw off and the ignition tube and main fuel line typically are held with a small allen screw.
Blow them out with compressed air and try it again.
